How to read Orlando bakeries by neighborhood
Orlando’s bakeries sit on corridors, not on a single downtown strip. Cuban panadería faces Semoran and Waterford Lakes; French pastry occupies Winter Park; French-Asian cafés sit on Kirkman and Colonial; the Milk District holds a scratch Southern bakeshop; East Orlando holds a vegan doughnut counter. Each row below cites the shop’s official page. Hours, holiday closures, and prices belong there.
How to read a bakery’s own page
- Open the official page linked on the card. That is the source of record for address, hours, and whether the counter is open.
- Note the neighborhood. Winter Park is not Semoran; Kirkman near Universal is not Colonial near Lotte Plaza.
- Read what the shop says it bakes, croissant, pastelito, doughnut, pie, instead of a third-party label.
- If the shop lists more than one room (a bakery plus market days, or two cafés), treat each room as the shop describes it.
Winter Park and Casselberry
North of downtown, artisan bread and French pastry share the same morning traffic. Olde Hearth still bakes in Casselberry and lists Winter Park and Maitland market days. Croissant Gourmet runs two Winter Park cafés.
